Jessica and Joe are the best! I had an issue with a rear tail light that I thought was just a burnt bulb, turned out to be more than that. Joe thoroughly explained the issue and Jessica gave me a few options in which saved me a lot of money!! I always go to Blacks tire for this reason. They are more than just a tire store and a service center. They look out for their customers!! Thank you Jessica and Joe!!

Came in this morning for an inspection, tire rotation and have my fluids checked. I needed to wait so I Naturally anticipated a long wait time. Unfortunately, I forgot the young lady's name at the counter, but she was absolutely awesome!!! All my fluids checked, filters changed, tires rotated and I was in and out in under 45 minutes. The time spent with the woman was awesome- she's definitely a people person. The mechanics were friendly and professional as well! The price was extremely reasonable and I could not recommend this shop anymore. Will definitely return for any of my automotive needs!

Great service! Picked up 3 nails in a not very common size tire while on vacation. They found a replacement and had me back in business in about an hour.

More then just a tire shop! I needed my spark plugs changed (my arm couldn't get in there!) and we were already down one vehicle. They were located near my office so I was able to drop off my truck and walk to work. They made it super easy and got me back on the road. Very friendly folks. I would recommend giving them a call about all of your car needs.

We’ve been customers for a very long time since it was Masons Tire and Auto now it's changed to Black’s Tire & Auto Service. I honestly wouldn’t trust our vehicles anywhere else. They truly do it all, and every experience has been consistently great. The entire team is always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Carla—she goes above and beyond every time and makes everything so easy. The technicians are knowledgeable and efficient, and they always take great care of our cars. They’re quick to get us in, never overcharge, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It’s hard to find a place you can trust for so long, but this is definitely it. Highly recommend!
